274 homes were sold in Wesley Chapel with an average price of $272,535 in December 2017.

242 homes were sold during the same period last year. Since then there has been an increase in the average price from $262,316 to $272,535.

The number of homes sold and closed was also up from 230 to 274 homes from the last month and average price have been consistent with minor change from $272,622 to $272,535.

The highest number of homes sold was in May 2017 and the average sale price was highest in Nov 2017 in comparison to the whole year.

Wesley Chapel Real Estate Market Tampa 89 homes were sold in Wesley Chapel (33543 Zip code) with a median price of $229,000 in July 2016.

84 homes were sold during the same period last year which resulted in 6% increase in the number of homes sold and closed. This market change also resulted in 10.6% increase in the median price from $207,000 to $229,000.

The number of closed home sales went down from 96 to 89 homes since last month still resulted in higher median price from $228,500 to $229,000.

At the end of the month there were 239 homes for sale in this area of  Wesley Chapel which included 119 new home listings.

New home listings were up from 104 to 119 homes in contrast with same period last year but down since last month from 129 to 119 homes.

Since 109 homes went under contract, it resulted in only 2.2 months of  inventory of available homes for sale.
